The Fabbriche Farm is a historical farm in Chiana Valley in Arezzo province and in the land of Lucignano.
Going up from Monte San Savino towards the Golden Tree village a double row of cypress hills stands up introducing to the historical entrance of the Villa with wide vineyards on both sides.
Nowadays the farm is owned by a young female entrepreneur: Caterina Palma who lives between Milano and Lucignano.
By the grapes of Sangiovese, Merlot and Colorino vines a top quality wine bears out in the farm: the IGT "Camargi", a mix of first letters of the Mom Caterina and her daughters Margherita and Giorgia.
The Fabbriche Farm has an authentic tradition in the production of precious wines thanks to the exposition of their own vineyards, to the suitable earth and the micro-climate.
The whole farm surface is 50 hectares wide whose 8 of them are tilled with vines.
In the farm vineyards there are traditional grapes such as Sangiovese, Colorino, Canaiolo besides of International vines such as Merlot.
The new high-tech cellar along with the new vineyards and love and passion of the youn entrepreneur Caterina Palma make her red wines included among the best ones in the area of Docg Chianti Colli Senesi e Chianti Colli Aretini.
Besides of Camargi "Palma" the family produce: Chianti Superiore Docg, Merlot "Palma", Chianti Grappa, Vin Santo "Elis" (traditional liqueur wine).
Viilla Fabbriche is surrounded by a wonderful park that faces over a Precious Italian Style Garden.

That is the perfect place to set for important events such as weddings, anniveraries, or private parties. Above the cellars a wide hall with an ancient fireplace is available for parties, firm meetings and tastings followed by visits through the surrounding vineyards and olive groves.
