The Butcher's Shop "Aldo" has been owned by Iacomoni Aldo family for more than 40 years. Aldo is one of the historical butchers in Monte Savino and thanks
to the collaboration with other local butchers still nowadays he succeeds in making the Porchetta Feast working as a perfectly oiled engine. The feast
was created in the far 1963.
It lays in Gamurrini square close to the Cassero that contains the Ceramic Museum. The Butcher's shop "Aldo" has excellent salami and pork and cow meat cuts, marked as
"Vitellone Bianco Appennino Centrale" (White Calf Central Appennini") - ex "5R" -.
Every year you can taste an excellent Porchetta, crusty and rightly flavoured and spiced and perfectly cooked.
