Apicoltura Gualdani Ivo is a beekeeping enterprise that began in 1986.
Since 1994 Enrico Gualdani, the Ivo's son, could make use of the learnings and skill of his father with whom he used to go all over Italy along with its uncle as a sole firm, for nomadism of bees and for keeping honey.
From then on he could face even the intolerance to bee-sting.
The apiculture shared between laboratory and bees-keeping has become a mission, something to believe and not only an incoming source.
Enrico has never given up the activity of nomadism of bee-hives both for adventure sake and to diversify and grant satisfying amount of honey per year so not to disappoint the different market requests.
According to Enrico a firm that stands only upon Apiculture cannot avoid to practice nomadism despite of different problems linked to that job.
