The resort Farmholidays "Il Granaio" includes even a nice and welcoming Restaurant.
The Restaurant hall has a fireplace inside always lit up in wintertime to get warm around.
Only 50 places feature the hall so to transfer to guests a feeling of intimity and privacy which they can stand by.
All the meals are a result of recipes of local tradition and they are prepared in the home kitchen.
Among the entrées there are rough recipes with pies. typical of Modica flavoured with tomato, parsley or cottage cheese; among the first dishes there are the cavati alla norma and ravioli with cottage cheese and pork meat sauce; the second dishes are represented by grilled sausage and entrecote and "stimpirata" rabbit, that is with a large amount of fresh vegetables; after the fruit and the dessert there is still room for iced lemon (gelo al limone), as per Sicilian tradition.
The meats are from the cattle breed belonging to the same owners as Granaio's.
