It is a wonderful farm-holydays complex and lays through the green hills of Valdichiana a few km far from Montepulciano and Cortona. The building is made up of two other independent buildings that, further to an attentive work of recovering has achieved again its original architectural features.
The house made of bricks, dated back to the end of 1700 has been built up over the ancient ruins of a kiln and nowadays it still shows the evident signs of the set of layers and the widenings which it has been subjected to in the past ages.
The colony house of the early 1900 fully mirrors the style of the ancient Tuscan country buildings sinc it has been recovered by respecting the original architecture.
In the wide green space you can find the great swimming pool with a view over the impressive landscape of the valley.
The swimming pool is open since every 24th of April to every half of october. The two houses lay inside a farm tilled with sunflowers, grain and vineyards that produce the good Montepulciano “Nobile” wine. The complex has even a BBQ an amusement park for children, mountain bike, ping-pong table and a laundry service against payment.
Moreover, every apartment is provided with all the comforts such as cable tv, hydromassage shower and their own outer space.
The apartments preserve their own typical refinements of the rooms: terracotta pavements, ceilings with beams on sight and a fireplace.
A particular care hase been reserved to the choice of the furnitures: elegant Tuscan furnishings dated of the late 1800 and wrought-ironed beds. The building is composed of LA COLONICA with the apartments: Carrube, Cipresso and Noce; and the CASOLARE with the apartments: Rosmarino, Ulivi, Lecci, Aiuola, Acacie and Rose.
