Acquaviva is a portion of the Commune of Montepulciano (Siena, Italia) and it lays about 9 km far from that town 300 mt high above sea level in the Chiana channel Valley. It counts about 2000 people and extends along the only street passing through the village: via Fratelli Braschi. The saint protector of that village is Saint Vittorino to whom the most ripid way of the village is dedicated. Every year in that way is celebrated the "chariots challenge": every chariot represent a quarter of the village. For a few years it has not been celebrated anymore for public safety reasons; the chariots were too heavy and were moved by 4 people.
