The agriturismo la Torre in the nature and is sorrounded by sweet hills of “Val d’Orcia”, from there you can easily reach Pienza, Montepulciano, Montalcino, Bagno Vignoni.
The origins of the tower date back to 1200, when it probably it was inhabited by GHINO DI TACCO who could see and steal caravans.
The Casella was built by TARUGI. In the tower there are two apartments laying on 4 floors.
On the ground floor you can find one-roomed flat “TARUGI”; on the other 3 floors there’s the big apartment “TORRE”.
In the Casella there are 6 apartments , two of them are located at the first floor “IL GRANAIO” and “LA COLONICA”, the remaining 4 “IL FORNO” “IL POZZO” “LA CAPANNA” and “IL MULINO” are at the ground floor with a beatiful wiew.
The cottage is surrounded by a wide garden with a swimining-pool and funfair for children.
The Chiancianello Estate lays upon a wonderful hill and it faces over Orcia Valley,
It is an estate dated of 1800 and it was useful as a hostel for sick persons before reaching the old Siena Hospital. Then since the early 1900 it became a country house and it was abandoned around in 1950.
The Nardis purchased the estate in 1989 and in 2006 they recovered the house where 4 apartments have been created:
