The “Podere Nuovo” Farm lays in the Artistic Natural and Cultural Park of Orcia Valley, a world patrimony of Unesco. It lays in the most central position inside that valley, in fact it is equally far from the Renaissance village of Pienza and the Medieval fortress of Castiglione d'Orcia.
It is featured by the historical ruins dated of XIV century named “Tre Cerchi” (Three circles) Palace, around which the actual farm develops. It lays upon a gentle hilltop from which you can enjoy a wonderful sight of Orcia Valley.
The new building, directly managed by its owners, offers its guests completely heated lodges, particularly cared and furnished according to country rules that allow you to spend pleasant relaxing times deep in the natural environment. A swiiming pool faces over the Orcia Valley Park and is available for our guests. In the different period of the year there is even the chance to take part or see to the season agricultural works.
Apartments:
GELSOMINO (JASMIN) – it is the smallest one and is recovered from an ancient wood oven for the cooking of bread necessary to the family that lived inside the estate. It is furnished in a country style and is made up of a living room with a fireplace, kitchen, double room and bathroom. Self heating system and Tv set. The pavement is in local terracotta and the roof with wood structure. A jasmin decorated porch is oriented southbound and there is also a meadow with a wonderful sight over the enormous Monte Amiata.
LAVANDA (LAVENDER) – it is part of the owner's house and it is on the ground floor. It has an independent entry and is provided with a wide kitchen and living room, a wedding room, a double room, a sofa bed and a bathroom with a shower. It is provided with a self heating system and Color Tv Set. It is furnished in a country style with original furnishiment, particularly cared, welcoming and comfortable.
ROSMARINO (ROSEMARY) – It is part of the owner's house too and it lays on the ground floor. It has a independent entry and is made up of a kitchen with a wide living room ,a room with two beds and a bathroom with a shower. It has a self heating system and Color tv set. The furnishment is in country peasant style, with original furnishment i comfortable and welcoming.
