The Colleregnano Farmholidays lays in Tolentino, the theatre of the mythic struggle that draws its name from the land in the province of Macerata. Among the buildings there is the "casa rosa", dipped in the soft hills of Macerata and pointed out on the Sibillini Mountains, in a panoramic position at 400 m. of altitude.
It is a typical farm of the regional countryside of the XVII century. It has been restructured in the complete respect of the environment and the man, using only naturals materials, with techniques of bio-building and bio-ecological architecture.
We have put particular attention to the quality of the systems, to the use of renewable sources, to the energetic and resources saving, to the corrected rule of refuses and to the use of respectful products of the atmosphere.
The intervention has maintained the historical and geographic characteristics of the farm-house, in order to value the landscape and the nature.
All the accommodations are very bright, they show themselves on the surrounding countryside from where you can see the Sibillini Mountains, the garden and the little church of Regnano's village. They have TV, telephone and independent heating. The atmosphere is warm and hospitable. The rooms have tiled floor, wood ceiling and family’s or rural tradition’s furniture.
The 3 rooms are at the first and second floor; they have bathroom and independent entrance; they can be single, twin/double or triple.
The 5 flats are composed by a double bedroom, a kitchen with a cooking corner and a sofa bed, bathroom and balcony or arcade; they are at the ground, first and second floor. They can hold from two until nine persons and one can give hospitality to disabled.
Moreover there is a common reading room, with internet connection, frigo-bar and laundry; near the house there is a food shop and a restaurant with whom we have a convention.
The farm-house has also a swimming pool, bicycles, games for children, bowling alley, min-basket, ping pong and barbecue.
It organizes many activities, such as bread cooking, ceramic handicraft and painting courses and guided tours to the art cities.
The farm is developed in a surface of 10 ha, cultivated by cereals, vineyard, olive-grove and wood. You can taste the farm products such as wine, oil, jams, salami and participate to the laboratory demonstrations, to discover the peasant’s culture, the typical products and the traditions of Marche region.
We are opened all around the hear and we speak English and French.
In Tolentino you can practice tennis and swimming, sport fishing, aquatic sports and bow-string and others.
The house is near the National Park of the Sibillini Mountains where you can walk, ride a bike or an horse. In only 40 minutes you can reach the Adriatic Sea or the ski field of the Appennini.
Tolentino is a well known thermal (Terme Santa Lucia), religious (Sanctuary of Saint Nicholas and Abbadia of Fiastra), historical (Archaeological Museum, Museum of Napoleon and Rancia Castle), and cultural (International Museum of Caricature) city.
