The Restaurant inside the Minerva Hotel is a reference point for food and wine lovers, both tourists and job travellers who casually stay in the hotel building. The Tuscan and International restaurant activity is proud of many appreciations.
The culinary tradition of Minerva Restaurant is dated of the early 1950s. At that age  the restaurant in Arezzo historical centre "SPiedo D'Oro" was opened, then, as the hotel was built up in the month of november 1968, along with the 90 rooms a restaurant was considered as well further to the experience of Spiedo D'Oro.  Nowadays Minerva restaurant is one of the best known and appreciated activities in Arezzo Province.
