In the heart of Toscana region in Valdichiana land in the province of Arezzo lays the Restaurant and B&B "Podere Pendolino" nearby an ancient monastery.
It lays a few km far from Paytoll of A1 Highway "Monte San Savino", nearby the homonimous village known for ceramics production, handicraft production of Porchetta (seasoned and grilled whole pork) and for the altar panting of the aretino architect Giorgio Vasari besides of being the native country of Andrea Contucci called the Sansovino.
The hill where it lays allows an amazing view over the village and the plain land of Valdichiana passed through by the Chiana Master Channel, a landscape to be enjoyed since every morning awakening until every sunset time.
